Occupational Health Services

Adept OH is primarily a remote management referral service delivering telephone or video based occupational health assessments. We can arrange an assessment for your employee within 7-10 days of referral and the resulting OH report is provided to management within 2-5 days of the assessment.  We also have the capacity to respond to urgent requests for OH advice where this is thought necessary.

The OH Referral process is simple:

1. Management or HR complete a management referral form.
2. The management referral form is forwarded to Adept OH via any secure means.
3. The case is triaged, and the appropriate case progression is agreed.
4. The OH Assessment is arranged and takes place.
5. An OH report is provided to management within 2-5 days.

Occupational Health Management Referral – Occupational Health Adviser (OHA) Telephone or Video from £150

Telephone assessment with an Occupational Health Nurse Adviser.  An outcome report is provided to management within 48 hours of the assessment. Complex cases may require an extended appointment. 

Occupational Health Management Referral – Occupational Health Physician (OHP) Telephone or Video from £300

Telephone assessment with an Occupational Health Nurse Adviser.  An outcome report is provided to management within 48 hours of the assessment. Complex cases may require an extended appointment. 

Pre-placement Health Questionnaire – £25

A telephone or video assessment may be required in a small number of cases at induction into a job role. 

Pre-Placement Follow-Up OHA Assessment – Telephone £125

A telephone follow-up assessment with an Occupational Health Nurse Adviser.  Results in a pre-placement outcome certificate.  

Remote DSE Assessment – Video £200

A Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment conducted via Zoom Video call.  A Remote DSE report is provided to management with suggestions for adjustments to consider for the DSE workstation.
