We have local expertise and can provide onsite assessment within Brighton and Hove but also within West and East Sussex. We deliver remote services nationally. 

As we specialise in management referrals, we are able to provide rapid appointments to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises whether remote or locally based.

Our Occupational Health Assessment Services

    • Sickness absence assessment – The majority of our work is providing management advice to small to medium enterprises.
    • Fitness for work and return-to-work support – For many cases, the report will include evidence based advice on return to work, saving money on absence and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Pre-employment screening – Where requested, this service can be tailored to ensure new starters are supported from day one. 
    • Mental health and wellbeing assessments – Support for employees who are struggling to maintain attendance or commence a return to work due to mental health conditions. 
    • Workplace adjustments – To support managers in decision making about flexible working requests or day one adjustments to support performance and attendance.
    • Ill-health retirement and incapacity assessment – For some cases, Adept OH Ltd will gather all of the necessary medical information and provide advice on health and work capability for employers to make informed decisions about employment.

What to Expect

  • When you are ready to make your referral, please complete the management referral form using our handy guide to support the process.
  • The Adept OH Privacy Policy and Employee Guide can be shared with the employee.
  • A mutual convenient virtual or in-person appointment is then arranged directly with employee.
  • Once your employee has attended, a bespoke, easy-to-read report with clear recommendations is released to management with their consent.
